All orders are shipped 3 days later the receiving payment. Italian orders arrived in 10/12 working days. European orders arrived in 14/15 working days. Worldwide orders arrived in 25/30 working days. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING METHODS ?
All orders under 1000gr are shipped by priority mail (low cost shipping). The orders superior of 1000gr are shipped by ordinary package (low cost tracking shipping).
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs will be calculated automatically by our store before "Check out". The shipping costs depend from the weight and dimension of the package and from the country or state where we should deliver it.
WHAT TYPE OF BOXXES/ENVELOPES YOU USE FOR SHIPPINGS ?
All packages are shipped with padded box/envelopes.
WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER ?
Pre-ordering is the option to purchase an item before it arrives from manufacturing. Many pre-orders receive other incentives (exclusive stuff, rare packaging, etc) that is exclusive to the Pre-ordering option. Pre-orders are shipped when the products arrive to StrikeDown office.
CAN I RETURNED THE PRODUCTS BUYED ?
You can only send your items back within 7 days after you received them, if you wanna swap sizes or colors. You can't wear or wash them. If the customer has made a mistake by ordering, return postal service cost will be covered by the customers, otherwise return postal service cost will be covered by StrikeDown Records.
